    Interesting read from cnn.com about some of the more notable perks baseball players have had written into their contracts. I had heard of a few of them - Rollie Fingers' mustache, Schilling's weight clause, etc. - but $1.19 million for Bobby Bonilla over a 24 year period? I know Time Value of Money and all, but seriously?

    Thinking I need to take some lessons from sports agents before I write my next real estate contract ...
